Community Connection Hubs
Research indicates that inclusive child care settings build on the strengths of the child, family, educators and community and create links through networking with other relevant services and supports.
To support children’s services to achieve this, the ACT Inclusion Support Agency (ACT ISA) has developed a series of community connection hubs. The hubs are designed to connect educators with professionals and community groups who work with children and their families.
The hubs will provide a forum where a panel of professionals will share information and answer questions on a variety of topics. The goal of the hubs is to build relationships, network and share resources to improve outcomes for children and families.
