Indigenous Professional Support Unit
The NSW/ACT IPSU provides high quality, flexible and innovative professional support, advice and training to staff in eligible Indigenous-run child care services in NSW and the ACT to ensure quality care that is culturally safe, appropriate and meets the needs of Indigenous children, staff and families.
Our aim is to support Communities, Staff, Families and Management of Aboriginal Child Care Services to provide the best possible early childhood experiences for Aboriginal Children

The NSW/ ACT IPSU works with the ACT Professional Support Co-ordinator and the ACT Inclusion Support Agencies to assist these agencies to provide culturally appropriate advice and support to staff who care for Indigenous children in eligible mainstream services.
