Learning Circles

Action Research is about researching with others, to create and study change in and through the research process.  It is based on the principle that a group of people can work together over a period of time to achieve a common goal by reflecting and working as a cohesive team.  Action Research is a cyclical process which allows action and research to be achieved at the same time.
