Practitioner Inquiry Project (PIP) Grant

The ACT PSC invites eligible children’s services to apply for a Practitioner Inquiry Program (PIP) Grant. Each year grants of up to $5000 are offered to ACT children’s services to engage in a Practitioner Inquiry Project of their choice. Grant recipients will be chosen via an application process which is based on merit.

Each PIP will follow a similar format of 5 sessions held over a nominated period, usually completed within a 6 -12 month period. The 5 sessions consist of a face-to-face meeting with an Academic Mentor who will guide the process.

The project will culminate in the production of a collection of stories, reports, essays, poster series, photography essay, and/or journal entries by the participating educators, outlining their experiences and documenting the findings of the Practitioner Inquiry Projects. All participants will be invited to share their findings.
